Best Available Rate With Breakfast

• Rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), on a per room per night basis.
• Rates are subject to 6% Service Tax, MYR3 and MYR10 prevailing government taxes, on a per room per night basis.
• Check-in time is from 1500 hours and Check-out time is before 1200 hours.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Late check-out from 1200 hours to 1800 hours will be charged at 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day. From 1800 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• Original credit card used during booking must be presented at the time of check-in for verification.
• Note: All add-on services selected during the booking process is not included in the "Payment Details" and will be chargeable upon check-in at the Resort.
• Booking will be cancelled at the Resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
• Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking, as per our cancellation policies.
• Letter of authorisation and signatory are required for bookings made via email, telephone or fax.
• Extra person charge is MYR180 per person per night, subject to 6% Service Tax. Package inclusions are not included unless a full extra person package is paid.
• No durian, mangosteen and dragon fruit can be consumed in the Resort.
• No pets are allowed in the Resort.
• No smoking/vaping is allowed in the Resort. Anyone found to be smoking or vaping will be charged a cleaning fee of MYR1,000 per night.
• Complimentary self-parking is available for in-house guest and on first come first served basis.

Child Policy

• Infants and toddlers aged 0 to 5 year-old, accompanied by parents/adults, dine and stay in existing bedding or a baby cot with our compliments. Baby cot is subject to availability.
• Children aged 6 to 12 year-old, accompanied by parents/adults, can stay on existing bedding with our compliments and dine at 50% off regular menu prices, excluding kid’s menu.

Tax Waiver Announcement

• Tourism Tax exemption is applicable till 31 December 2022.
• The Penang Local Government Fee exemption is applicable till 30 June 2022.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation allowed up to 24 hours (21 days for peak dates) prior to arrival. Cancellation made after 1500 hours, 1 day prior to arrival, including no-show and early departure, will be subject to one-night charge.
• Peak Dates: 24-31 December (Both dates inclusive)
• Rebooking is allowed up to 14 days prior to arrival.
• Rebooking could incur difference in rates based on the new dates selected.
